Yoga Day !

The school organised mass yoga demonstration for the students.Students from all classes performed yoga reminding the importance of ‘yoga in daily life’.Students and Principal performed various ‘asanas’. The main aim was to raise awareness and ignite a passion for fitness and yoga among the students. In the present day when students face stress, tension, fear, etc. Simple asanas can help dispel these.Regular practice of yoga will surely help our students achieve a better life, physically, mentally and spiritually as well.Yoga provides mental and physical strength to people. Regular practice of yoga will surely help our students achieve a better life, physically, mentally and spiritually as well.
